I am unable to apply my Groupon/Living Social voucher

  • Please check that your voucher is still valid - the expiry date will be shown on the voucher.
  • Check that you have gone through the correct URL link, this will be shown on your voucher.
  • Check that the value of goods in your basket (excluding any alterations, gift vouchers, gift boxes and postage charges) is the same or above your voucher value. No partial redemptions are allowed, your voucher can only be used in a single transaction.
  • Ensure you are not trying to use any other offers in conjunction with your voucher. For details, please check the Terms and Conditions of purchase.
  • Once you have put all items into your basket, make sure you have added the voucher code in the section it requests you to do so.

If you have not used your voucher and it is still valid, your voucher can be cancelled via Groupon/Living Social directly. You will need to contact them directly.

If you have redeemed your voucher and placed the order with Charles Tyrwhitt we will be able to save the credit for a future purchase, we will not be able to provide a monetary refund.


What is the returns guarantee if I have purchased items using a Groupon/Living Social voucher?

You are more than welcome to return items for an exchange purchased within 6 months of your purchase. Please note you will not be able to get a cash refund, a credit will be retained on your account for you to use on a future purchase.

Can I use multiple vouchers on one order?

No - there is a limit of one voucher per order. Each order will be accepted separately, subject to an additional postage charge.


How do I apply my Groupon/Living Social voucher?

  • Visit the website using the URL link that is provided in your email (Please note your code can only been redeemed when accessing the site through the link).
  • Select your items and add to your basket. For the voucher to apply to your order, you need to add enough products into your basket to reach the value of your voucher.
  • Click checkout which can be found on the top right of the page next to my basket.
  • Add your promotional voucher code where it states apply an offer code.
  • Click apply.
  • Click secure checkout. If necessary follow the process for checkout to pay for any balance still remaining after your voucher code has been applied.
  • Your order is now is complete and you will receive a confirmation email with an Order Number from Charles Tyrwhitt
