Exchanging?
Make sure you enter the product code for the item you want in exchange into the correct box. Don't worry, you can also choose to have a refund if you prefer, just select that option from the drop-down menu. Please note, stock may sell out from the point of registering your return and us being able to process it. If this does happen, we apologise for the inconvenience.

Pack and send your items back to us
You'll receive a confirmation email with your label so you can print it at a time suitable for you. Don't forget to enclose your returns form with your order!
Track your return, every step of the way
Your confirmation email contains details of your tracking number. You can even track this on your mobile - it's that easy!
We'll send your exchange or process your refund
Once your parcel has been scanned into the postal system we will process your exchange or refund within 48 hours.
* We will deduct $9.95 from your return credit to cover return delivery costs, however exchanges are always free of charge.
